The Candidate

We are seeking to appoint a highly effective and experienced Office Manager who has the confidence and ability to be a key person in our busy school office.  

The successful candidate will be experienced in working in a broad administration or business management setting and an enthusiastic and approachable team player with excellent people skills.  As an ambassador for the school, we are looking for a bright, proactive, well organised and committed individual with effective written and oral communication skills.  Someone with solid IT skills including experience of all Microsoft Office products, ideally some previous experience of using financial management systems and exposure to managing website/social media updates. 

This role takes responsibility for aspects of financial management, HR and premises maintenance and will take a lead in Health & Safety matters, being crucial to the smooth running of the school offering high quality support to our students, staff and families.  Every member of our staff contributes to the success of our students.

Experience of working in a school setting is desirable, however more importantly, is the drive to support our vibrant ethos and commitment to providing the best education for all our young people.
